Age & ID Requirements
- • You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID for all piercings.
- • Minors aged 16–17 may receive ear and nostril piercings only with a parent or legal guardian present and valid ID for both.
- • No exceptions — Texas state law requires ID verification for all body piercing services.
- • Expired IDs are not accepted.
Deposits
- • A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain appointments.
- • Deposit amounts vary based on the piercing and are determined during consultation.
- • Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your piercing service.
- • Deposits are accepted via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
- • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
- • No-shows forfeit their deposit entirely and must place a new deposit to rebook.
- • Two no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Rescheduling
- • Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice.
- • Your deposit transfers to your new appointment date.
- • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times before a new deposit is required.
- • Life happens — just communicate with us and we'll work with you.
Late Arrivals
- • Please arrive on time or up to 10 minutes early.
- • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled.
- • If you're running late, call or text us as soon as possible.
Health & Safety
- • All piercings are performed with single-use, pre-sterilized needles — we never use piercing guns.
- • We use only implant-grade titanium, 14k gold, or surgical steel jewelry.
- • Please disclose any allergies, medications, or health conditions before your appointment.
- • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not safe to proceed.
- • Please eat a meal and stay hydrated before your piercing session.
Payment Methods
- • Cash is always preferred.
- • We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
- • Credit/debit cards may be accepted — confirm with your piercer.
Scam Warning: We will never ask for deposits via gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers. Official payments are only accepted through the methods listed above. When in doubt, contact the shop directly.
